Having begun his career on the tools with an electrical contractor, Andy brings a rare combination of hands-on practical expertise and rigorous technical knowledge to every project he works on. He leads a team of over 20 engineers, overseeing strategic planning, resource allocation and financial performance across the portfolio. His technical proficiency spans the full suite of industry design software, including Hevacomp, AMTECH, Electrical OM and IES.
