Ben is a cost management specialist with over 15 years of experience delivering complex projects valued between £250k and £15 million. As retail sector lead, he has worked across leisure, commercial, industrial, residential, heritage and finance sectors. Ben provides full pre‑ and post‑contract cost management services, including cost planning, procurement, tender documentation and fund monitoring, alongside project management, employer’s agent and contract administration roles. He acts as monitoring surveyor for several banks and is known for his clear, commercially focused approach. Ben holds a BSc (Hons) and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). As an APC Assessor for RICS, he leads APC training at Ridge and has supported more than 150 candidates across the practice.
