Bobby Brown is head of water at Ridge, leading the growth of the firm's presence in the water and wider infrastructure sectors. With over 20 years of experience, Bobby began his career in water and flood & coastal engineering, working on complex infrastructure such as breakwaters, seawalls and dams. He went on to hold senior roles at Black & Veatch and Turner & Townsend, where he led large multidisciplinary teams, built major client accounts, and delivered high-value capital programmes for the environment agency, Thames Water and the Pennon Group. Bobby has a proven track record in securing and delivering long-term frameworks, building high-performing teams, and aligning technical delivery with strategic client goals. He is also a member of british water and has served on national sector leadership groups. Bobby is passionate about creating meaningful change in the water sector - offering clients integrated, agile solutions backed by Ridge’s diverse capabilities.
