Charles has over 24 years of experience gained in a mixture of engineering and interdisciplinary property consultants. His experience covers all stages of the design process for new build and refurbishment projects in the residential, commercial, retail, educational, leisure, health and private sectors up to the value of £250 million. He works closely with all relevant project team members in a hands-on manner through each contract stage towards successful project completion. As a partner, Charles is responsible for the workload of other civil and structural engineers (graduates to associate) and associated CAD / REVIT technicians, on a range of single and multidisciplined projects. He is responsible for work allocation and ensuring outputs are technically correct and undertaken in accordance with design codes and QA procedures.
