He is a Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (MICE) and Association of Project for Project Managers (MAPM) with expertise across the full project lifecycle for consultants, contractors and clients. His most dominant recent experience lies in the delivery of complex high-profile infrastructure and urban regeneration projects. Chris works with clients and stakeholders to define priorities, shape delivery frameworks, and communicate them clearly across project teams. He is known for building high‑performing teams and aligning objectives to deliver the client brief on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
