David also advises on warranties, step-in rights, insurances and capital allowances, and is experienced in providing expert advisory and expert witness services. As Office Managing partner for Ridge's Winchester office, David combines commercial leadership with deep technical expertise, delivering clear, considered advice that aligns with clients' project objectives and risk appetite. David holds BSc (Hons), MSc and MRICS qualifications.
