Gareth is a mechanical building services engineer and partner with over 35 years' experience, leading Ridge's building services team in Plymouth with a focus on design excellence and exemplar project delivery. He has worked across every sector the industry has to offer, with a particular passion for emerging renewable technologies and sustainable design strategies. Gareth has led successful MEP design teams for over a decade and takes great pride in mentoring young engineers, many of whom have gone on to build successful careers of their own. He is currently growing Ridge's MEP practice in Plymouth, with ambitions to establish the team as the go-to building services designers across the South West. Gareth is known for his passion, technical breadth and commitment to developing the next generation of engineering talent.
