Guy is a chartered town planner (MRTPI) with over 20 years’ experience. Guy is an expert in residential, mixed-use and education-related projects; commercial and rural development relating to individual planning proposals; and strategic promotion of land for development as part of the development plan process. He offers broad experience advising on, submitting and negotiating planning applications. Guy works closely with a wide range of private developers, house builders, education establishments and landowners on a variety of development projects across the country. He has built up considerable knowledge in providing evidence as an expert witness at public inquiries.
