Jess leads the people partnering team at Ridge, shaping a high-performing, inclusive environment where people can thrive and deliver great outcomes for clients. She specialises in workforce planning, organisational design, leadership and performance frameworks, and talent and succession planning, using people insight to drive better business decisions and support integration and growth across the firm. Jess played a central role in Ridge being named Employer of the Year at the Building Awards 2024, recognised as a reflection of the firm's sustained investment in its people. Jess takes a pragmatic, relationship-led approach, working closely with leaders to bring clarity to complex challenges and develop practical solutions that support both people and business performance. Jess is a chartered Member of the CIPD.
