Joe is a project management partner based in the Midlands, with an architectural background and extensive client‑side leadership experience delivering large‑scale, complex developments. His experience spans workplace, retail, research and development, and advanced manufacturing projects, with a particular focus on high‑value, technically demanding schemes. Prior to joining Ridge, Joe was Vice President of Capital Projects at Agratas, where he built and led the capital projects team and was responsible for the end‑to‑end development of the UK’s largest gigafactory and battery manufacturing facility. Previously, he held senior roles within Jaguar Land Rover’s global property team, leading projects worldwide and supporting the development of corporate identity and workplace strategy. He is currently leading the Ellison Institute of Technology masterplan in Oxford and is known for his collaborative, open approach and ability to build strong, high‑performing teams in fast‑paced environments.
