John Steele brings a wealth of experience in the management and control of portfolios, programmes and major projects, gained over more than 25-years working across the construction infrastructure sector. John has held research posts at Cambridge and Loughborough Universities, where his research focused on adapting production principles for application to the iterative pre-construction process. He is a chartered engineer, a fellow of the APM and was one of the first cohort of project managers to be awarded chartership. John has authored over 30 journal papers, conference papers, and book contributions and has presented at conferences and industry events world-wide.
