Jonathan is a chartered building surveyor with over 20 years at Ridge, managing a building surveying team and delivering a broad range of professional and project-based services across the commercial, education and retail sectors. He has particular expertise in vehicle dealerships and major food and department store retailers, alongside extensive experience in dilapidations, claim negotiation and exit strategy. Jonathan has managed significant school extension and refurbishment projects, large-scale fire risk assessment programmes, and has taken a leading role in developing Ridge's standard survey documents and mobile data collection systems, designing bespoke iPad-based tools to improve consistency, accuracy and turnaround times. Jonathan is known for his technical thoroughness and commitment to innovation, continually driving improvements in surveying technology and methodology across the practice.
