Julian leads the planning and project controls function at Adept Management, now part of Ridge. His expertise is grounded in project management fundamentals, ensuring effective delivery across the full project lifecycle. He has provided consultancy and assurance support to some of the UK’s most significant infrastructure programmes, including London Olympics 2012, Thames Tideway, Thameslink and Transport for London (TfL) Surface Transport. Throughout his career, Julian has held roles from project manager to programme planning and controls lead, embedding new management practices and leading integrated teams. His ability to combine project controls, schedule assurance and leadership ensures successful outcomes on complex, multi‑project programmes. He is an experienced planning and project controller and a member of the Association for Project Management (APM).
