Keir leads the project management team within the Ridge Cambridge Office. With over 20 years’ experience in the education, residential and commercial sectors, he has built a strong reputation in delivering complex & constrained schemes to a high level of design and build quality, including those to a Passivhaus & Carbon Zero standard. Keir’s people-focused approach drives quality from the project team, working collaboratively as a cohesive unit, which is a key factor in delivering successful projects. He is highly approachable, communicative and responsive, whilst also possessing a high level of technical knowledge. Keir comes from a family of builders and has physically built two of his own houses, which, when complemented by his qualification as an MRICS chartered building surveyor, provides a great double-edged sword of ‘people skills’ and ‘on the tools’ technical knowledge. This aids the process through design and construction on all of Keir’s projects.
