Keith is a chartered building surveyor with experience in both the public and private sectors. He has experience of both project and advisory/professional work for a range of clients. He has worked on projects with values ranging from £50,000 to £15 million and has provided technical advice on a range of acquisitions and dilapidations claims. Keith has extensive experience advising on party wall and neighbourly matters. Keith provides building surveying advice across: contract administration and project management; technical due diligence and acquisition advice; design and feasibility matters; condition and defect surveys; insurance claims; and party wall matters. He has vast experience in public sector housing, offices, data centres, leisure, hotels, care homes and education.
