Mark is an equity partner at Ridge with over 30 years' experience in the property and construction industry. He is a chartered building surveyor, Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIHCM). Mark leads property consultancy at Ridge, delivering asset-management consultancy to the affordable housing sector. His team undertakes large-scale stock condition surveys (60,000 per annum), encompassing HHSRS assessments, decent homes compliance, energy data collection and EPC production. The team also undertakes validation surveys in support of M&A activity and data quality assurance. Mark's broader project work spans interim management, DLO reviews, asset performance modelling, business planning, and compliance reviews across key risk areas, including fire, gas, asbestos and building safety. He is a regular presenter and panel member at sector events for the chartered institute of Housing, NHMF, and Homes England.
