Martyn is a partner and architecture residential lead at Ridge with a broad range of experience across sectors. He has worked on multiple large-scale residential and blue light schemes, as well as mixed use, care homes, barn conversions, rural exception sites and one-off houses. Martyn is deeply aware of the balance between sustainable concept design and onsite buildability. He believes that good working relationships are formed on collaboration and are pivotal to the success of any project. His approach focuses on creating practical, deliverable designs that meet client needs while maintaining sustainability principles. Martyn works closely with contractors and project teams throughout the design and construction process to ensure schemes are both architecturally robust and technically feasible.
