Martyn is a civil and infrastructure engineering leader with over 25 years' experience delivering complex projects across residential, healthcare, education and major infrastructure sectors. He leads interdisciplinary teams to design and deliver sustainable, compliant infrastructure solutions that meet client needs. His expertise includes drainage design, highways, external works, flood risk assessments and structural coordination. A notable career highlight was the £6 billion M25 DBFO (Design Build Finance Operate) Rapid Widening Scheme, where he managed and coordinated the design and delivery of the highways. Known for combining technical excellence with strong leadership, Martyn is committed to solving complex engineering challenges, developing high performing teams and building long term collaborative relationships. He holds a BEng (Hons), IEng MICE and is a certified MHFA.
