Matthew is a chartered building surveyor in our property consultancy discipline and has over 15 years’ experience in the industry. His experience spans all aspects of building surveying and the delivery of construction projects in local and central government, infrastructure, commercial, industrial, retail, and housing, adding strategic and management consultancy skills over the last 10 years. Matthew has worked alongside numerous public and private sector organisations working with senior leaders, to develop and implement the strategic goals of their business. Matthew has a track record in completing effective programme/project management, stakeholder engagement, contract and due diligence, planning and risk management from early concept through to implementation and business as usual.
