Paul is a chartered quantity surveyor with over 30 years of experience. Paul leads the cost management department of Ridge, based in Manchester. Paul has vast experience in the cost management industry in a wide variety of sectors, including both public and private. He is very much a “hands-on” partnerwith a proactive/collaborative approach to working with all members of the design and construction teams. Paul has successfully delivered services on many construction projects in the Northwest and Wales. His areas of specialism include quantity surveying services, employer's agent and fund monitoring. Paul’s strength is delivering complex projects from inception to completion and handover.
