Throughout his career, he has worked across multiple sectors, with a particular focus on education and public sector projects. A portfolio highlight was leading the building services team responsible for delivering the Mary Rose Museum. Paul is passionate about promoting sustainable, low‑carbon approaches and has played a key role in strengthening our approach to sustainability at Ridge.
