Paul is a chartered building surveyor with over 25 years of experience, and heads up our Newcastle office – leading our strategic expansion across the North East. Paul brings extensive expertise in the delivery of capital works programmes within the public sector, with a particular focus on healthcare, education and emergency services. Prior to joining Ridge, he served as senior director at Gleeds. Throughout his career, Paul has demonstrated a strong commitment to building high-performing teams and fostering professional development - areas he regards as the most fulfilling aspects of his work. His appointment represents a significant step in Ridge’s ongoing national growth and reinforces the firm’s ambitions within the region.
