Paul is an experienced building surveyor with over 30 years’ experience specialising in refurbishment and conversion projects across the retail, commercial and healthcare sectors. He advises clients on complex refurbishment schemes, leading project briefs, feasibility studies and delivery strategies from inception through to completion. His expertise includes detailed design coordination, specification writing and preparation of tender and contract documentation, managing projects from minor alterations to multi-phased large-scale refurbishments. Paul has worked extensively with M&G Real Estate, particularly on their Guildford portfolio, delivering projects ranging from £50k to over £1.2 million, and has built a reputation for precise management of technically challenging environments. He holds HNC Building and ACIOB accreditations.
