Rhian has 21 years of project management experience in delivering projects in the higher education sector. Rhian previously worked directly for the University of Oxford Estates. Within Ridge, Rhian has continued to deliver projects for the University of Oxford Estates and, more recently, delivered projects for several of the Oxford colleges. She has managed projects from inception through to completion. Rhian’s early project involvement has strengthened her experience in the procurement of architects, together with other design consultants. She has experience in managing design teams on projects ranging from student accommodation, laboratories and the refurbishment of listed buildings. Rhian has coordinated and managed the various stakeholders across higher education projects and has worked within the University governance and approval structure. Her early cost management experience has given her an understanding of the industry from a contractor’s perspective and provided her with the commercial acumen necessary for successful project delivery.
