Rhys provides strategic resilience and expertise to Ridge’s building surveying division across the UK. Within this capacity, Rhys has a remit to support complex, high-value instructions, bringing to bear his experience leading large project and consultancy teams. Rhys has 19 years of building surveying experience, undertaking all typical building surveying activities across all major sector and property types. Over recent years Rhys’ focus has been on delivering complex multi-site National project management Office and project management on major property portfolios, putting together and leading large multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects under both JCT and NEC contract forms.
