Roger is a chartered quantity surveyor and project manager with over 30 years' experience, combining a strong cost management foundation with over a decade of project management delivery in the manufacturing, commercial and retail sectors. Most recently he has been leading multi-million pound projects as project director, managing multiple vendors and stakeholders to successful completion. He also specialises in managing multiple-site roll-out programmes and has a proven track record of developing and implementing systems and processes that embed best practice into business-as-usual delivery. Roger's dual background in cost management and project management gives clients a uniquely rounded perspective on both commercial and operational challenges. Roger is known for his systematic, solutions-led approach and ability to bring structure and efficiency to complex programmes. Roger holds MRICS qualification.
