Russell is a chartered Aaccountant with over 30 years’ experience. He qualified with the London firm Hays Macintyre before working in the audit and insolvency teams of Grant Thornton in Oxford and Southampton. Russell joined Ridge in 1995 and has helped to shape the business over many years.
