He advises clients on project and contract management, dilapidation advice, party wall and technical due diligence assessments, with a strong focus on the education sector. His work typically involves pre-acquisition assessments, feasibility studies and managing projects through delivery. Terry is known for his analytical approach and ability to align technical solutions with client objectives. He holds a BSc (Hons) in construction management; building surveying and a BEng in communications engineering.
