He specialises in evidence-based clinical planning, using his clinical background to connect clinical and technical teams and co-produce designs that are compliant and practically implementable. Wayne's expertise spans clinical briefs, activity models, master plans, estates strategies, business cases, and compliance reviews across primary, community, secondary, and tertiary care. His career includes roles as a paramedic with lancashire ambulance service, operational manager with northwest air ambulance, and trustee of the design in mental health network. He contributed to health building note 11.01 and served as SPV director on multiple LIFTCo projects.
