With over 15 years of cost management experience, William is a cost management lead in our London office. He combines his leadership role with a client focused approach. His experience lies predominantly in the healthcare, PBSA, education, commercial, and heritage sectors for both public and private Clients. He also has extensive knowledge of both JCT and NEC forms of contract and is an Accredited NEC4 ECC project manager. Having worked in fast paced international markets, William has a keen understanding of both UK and international procurement strategies and contract management. He is also an active member of the RICS South-East (UK) regional board, contributing to the advancement and professionalism of the wider industry. William is responsible for ensuring that clients’ budgetary and programme objectives are achieved, offering a flexible yet dependable service to secure the best outcomes on every project. His expertise spans both pre- and post-contract stages, including cost planning, risk management, value engineering, procurement, and post-contract financial control.
