An NHS Trust needed a clear way to manage a complex programme of healthcare projects across several hospital sites.

We’ve supported the Trust with project management, healthcare planning, principal designer services, geospatial input, structural engineering and transport planning.

From feasibility through to masterplanning and delivery, we led clinical brief development, stakeholder workshops and clear, coordinated design work. The programme includes a new Intensive Care Unit, a modular aseptic suite and an Emergency Department extension.

Healthcare projects rarely happen in tidy phases. Departments need to keep running, space is tight and regulations leave little room for compromise. We worked closely with clinical teams to manage refurbishments in live environments, balance immediate pressures with future capacity and keep decisions moving at the right pace. By coordinating input across disciplines, we kept delivery steady and predictable.
