Since 2019, we’ve worked alongside the Trust as an extension of their estates team, providing interdisciplinary support through the NHS SBS framework.

Our teams deliver building services engineering, cost management, project management, sustainability consultancy, building surveying and principal designer services. Together, we support everything from targeted refurbishments and compliance upgrades to long-term estate planning that works in the real world.

This includes ongoing work on the Trust’s 79,710 m² net zero carbon hospital masterplan, a new multi-storey car park and wider estate improvements.
