• Information management

Exchange information requirements (EIR) and BIM execution plans (BEP) are developed clearly and proportionately, so expectations are understood before work begins.

  We work with consultants and contractors to ensure information is produced consistently and validated as it moves through the common data environment (CDE). ISO 19650 is applied with judgement, and data deliverables such as COBie and structured asset information are aligned with operational needs. The result is one version of the truth that carries through into operation – without unnecessary process.
