As a partner in infrastructure, Michelle leads strategic procurement and commercial activities, strengthens client relationships and drives sector expansion. Her expertise in contract management, procurement strategy and performance assurance plays a crucial role in enhancing Ridge’s infrastructure capabilities. Before joining Ridge, Michelle spearheaded procurement strategies for high-profile projects, including East West Rail and HS2. She has also played a key role in developing procurement governance models and sustainable procurement practices.
