Since acquiring its Formula 1 team in 2005 from Jaguar F1, Red Bull Racing has transformed two industrial units in Milton Keynes into a state‑of‑the‑art global motorsport campus.

We’ve worked on this site since its earliest days in 1997, delivering every major development from the team’s first facility to the latest generation of powertrain buildings.

Engineering innovation, at pace

Our interdisciplinary team – spanning architecture, project management, cost management, civil and structural engineering, health and safety and sustainability – has helped shape a campus built around speed, precision and collaboration.

Over the years, we’ve supported Red Bull through major milestones. We consolidated multiple facilities into a single, unified campus and designed and delivered three highly technical powertrain buildings in just three years. We also managed complex tasks such as “stopping up” a public highway to create a secure, connected site. Every project required careful coordination to keep 24/7 operations running while meeting uncompromising performance standards.

A fully integrated Formula 1 headquarters

Today, the Red Bull campus is a world leading hub for design, manufacturing, testing and innovation. Specialist facilities, including a wind tunnel, research and development test centres, advanced manufacturing and assembly workshops, fitness and wellbeing spaces, a restaurant and a dedicated powertrains complex, work together to support the team’s engineering excellence and day-to-day efficiency.

Building the future of Formula 1

Our longstanding partnership with Red Bull has grown into a genuine collaboration built on trust, pace and technical expertise. Together, we’re creating a cutting-edge, sustainable technology campus that supports the team’s success today –and their ambitions for the future of motorsport.
