Rennie Dalrymple, Partner.
Rennie has recently joined us from our acquisition of Concert, where he was Managing Director. He has over 25 years’ experience in the built environment industry, with expertise across a range of sectors from from commercial office, mixed-use and residential developments to highly serviced, technical data centres across Europe.
Lauren Bailey, Head of Social Value.
Since joining us as Head of Social Value in 2022, Lauren has driven a transformational change in the way the company views and delivers social value. She leads a team engaged in the research, design and delivery of multiple social value programmes across the UK and internationally.
Lauren sits on the Advisory Board of the BPIC Network and contributes to Social Value UK’s thought leadership group on social value in education.
Mark Nieuwenhuys, Partner
Mark offers 40 years’ industry experience in the built environment including over 20 years’ working at Ridge.
Mark is experienced in construction project management, design, engineering and contracting at Director level, and has successfully delivered major projects in F1, biotechnology, education and HQ office developments. Mark’s responsibilities include leading our CCS framework for Urban Regeneration and other key frameworks that support all sectors of the property industry.
We are looking forward to catching up with contacts new and old at MIPIM again this year. Our diverse team is aiming to add value to the important agenda and conversations whilst always listening to gain more complete understanding about the key challenges that face our developer, investor and local authority and public sector clients. We collaborate with all stakeholders to deliver the right solutions.
