  • Design and delivery

    During construction, we act as contract administrator, employer’s agent or clerk of works. We inspect regularly, challenge variations and hold the line on quality, cost and programme. When issues arise, we deal with them head-on to keep projects moving.

    We ensure buildings continue to perform long after completion. We inspect, report and advise so facilities and asset teams stay ahead of maintenance and compliance.
