• Design and delivery

  We turn early thinking into deliverable construction. We test feasibility rigorously and compare options before direction is set, writing detailed specifications that contractors can price accurately and build without ambiguity.

  During construction, we act as contract administrator, employer’s agent or clerk of works. We inspect regularly, challenge variations and hold the line on quality, cost and programme. When issues arise, we deal with them head-on to keep projects moving.

• Occupation and management

  We ensure buildings continue to perform long after completion. We inspect, report and advise so facilities and asset teams stay ahead of maintenance and compliance. Planned inspections and schedules of condition give clients a clear view of responsibility and future expenditure, while our dilapidations service supports fair outcomes at lease events.

  We carry out fire risk assessments, manage asbestos risk, review alterations and audit accessibility so statutory duties are met with confidence. Ongoing survey input, CAD support and accurate building information enable clients’ portfolios to evolve, maintaining performance over time.

• Retrofit and decarbonisation

  We assess current performance, define improvement strategies and coordinate retrofit works in line with PAS 2035 requirements. From securing Warm Homes funding through to design and evaluation, we guide programmes from first assessment to completion.

  We test air permeability, calculate thermal performance and work alongside sustainability specialists to ensure upgrades meet compliance standards and support long-term asset strategies.
